Chase Holtman is a Family Nurse Practitioner. After receiving his master’s degree in nursing from Rush University in 2013, he began his career on the Burn Unit ICU at Memorial Medical Center. In 2017, he received his Family Nurse Practitioner Post Masters Certificate from Bradley University. A McFarland Scholarship recipient, Chase currently provides care in MD Immediate Care, Havana Medical Associates walk-in clinic.
