QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the State of Illinois. Applicants must be a graduate from an accredited P.T. program with a minimum of a Doctorate Degree in P.T. and must possess an Illinois license or be eligible. Physical Therapy clients may include infants, toddlers, preschoolers, adolescents, adults, and geriatric population. Applicants must be highly motivated, experienced, and professional with the ability to start programs, be a mentor, and work independently in the inpatient, outpatient, early intervention and home health settings. One must have a current and valid Illinois Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and car insurance is required.
